The Chair for Sociology of Africa is proud to announce that our members Prof. Dr. Jana Hönke and Yifan Yang, as well as associated researcher Eric Cezne, have edited a book together that is now ready with a cover and available for pre-order (via link below)!

Its title is "Africa’s Global Infrastructures - South–South Transformations in Practice", and is published with Hurst Publishers.

The studies presented in this book examine how investment in African infrastructure from emerging markets across the Global South impacts on ground-level political and socio-economic practices in Africa and transnational governance, which so far has not been a focus of research around South-South relations and their impact on growth in the African countries.
