We cordially invite you to our talk with Dr. Marian Burchardt & Dr. Johannes Becker of the University of Lipsia.The talk is part of the colloquium "Transnational Relations" and will take place on Wednesday, 10th January, at 4:15 pm in S62 (RW I) or online. The talk will be held in German.
The lecture is dedicated to the theoretical, conceptual and methodological challenges of a post-Eurocentric global sociology. At the centre is our thesis that the agenda of global sociology cannot be reduced to questions of critique of the sociological canon, non-Western epistemologies or the location-bound nature of sociological knowledge.
